Oldish plane with small seats. Nothing compared to other major airlines in Europe or outside. By default there is no vegetarian meal option which out of all airlines that I used was the first time that it happened to me

The cabin service was fabulous! We were offered drinks, snacks, dinner and breakfast during the 9 hour flight.
I found the seat space to be perfectly adequate and the entertainment offered was great. Nothing was too much trouble for the crew.

After reading negative reviews I was very apprehensive about Finnair. I did a return Dublin-Helsinki trip
However I am happy to report that everything was grand. Crew were lovely on both trips. Very professional and kind. Complementary water /juice a nice touch. Slight delay leaving but arrived at the destinations on time. Smooth flights.

Broke my bag, impossible to get compensated in a timely manner. They want a tonne of paperwork, and then still don't help out, just ask for more and more effort on my side.

Be carefull!! Finnair have a new product, which my travel agent bought for me, because I was travel just with hand luggage… name od product is Bussines class LIGHT… You pay normal bussines class price ( my ticket was approx. 3000,- euro ) and “show” will start…
No services and you must pay for any service extra money!!!! First you must pay for a seat, no any seat is for free, second no priority boarding ( I was in Group 3 ), no business lounge entrance ( in Helsinki they offer me lounge for 55 euro )…
I would like to repeat again. Be very carefull to buy bussines class ticket from Finnair!!! Somebody from their marketing found the way, how to steal money from business class passangers…. No more Finnair ( in my case)!!
