Despite the current challenges related to Covid-19 outbreak, FinnAir customer service team went the extra mile and were very cooperative and understanding company, they refund the ticket amount in full.
In the future I will make sure to fly with them as much as I can due to their responsible behavior and attitude.

excellent price-performance if you don't mind waiting at Helsinki a few hours! The inflight service is nothing special but good.
The staff was excellent and nice. They was very helpful. They help me to change place in the plane. Whole trip they asked if everything was okei.
I have been without my luggage for 2 days. The airline failed to load some bags on the flight. The flight wasn't full so it wasn't as though there were lots of bags to be loaded on. The airline has not apologised to me or even made contact with myself. Loading bags on a plane is a basic task checking and ticking of bags numbers. If this was done then the airline would have known all bags were not loaded.
I am well travelled and have been on over 30 flights and my bag has always been loaded on the plane.
I will never use this useless and incompetent airline again
