I have been without my luggage for 2 days. The airline failed to load some bags on the flight. The flight wasn't full so it wasn't as though there were lots of bags to be loaded on. The airline has not apologised to me or even made contact with myself. Loading bags on a plane is a basic task checking and ticking of bags numbers. If this was done then the airline would have known all bags were not loaded.
I am well travelled and have been on over 30 flights and my bag has always been loaded on the plane.
I will never use this useless and incompetent airline again
Because of Corona-virus spreading in Italy I booked an earlier flight back home. Booking was very quickly, plane was in time and everything went fine. I fly Finnair every time possible.
I have flown with Finnair to Seoul before all the Covid-19 crisis. I had initially booked economy and decided to upgrade to business for the longer legs of they journey. The price was with 345 Euro very reasonable. Best decision ever!! The plane was a each time a A350 - almost new. I have to say it was one of the best business class experiences I ever had. The staff is really friendly and tries their best to accommodate you. The food was delicious and plenty. The cabin was beautifully appointed and clean. Overall a great experience that I only can recommend. I will fly with them again any time.
Flight was on time which was the most important to us. Flight was comfortable, service include free of charge coffee, tea, water and blueberry juice.
