On the flight out I bought a cheap watch to use on holiday. The second day the pin that holds the strap was gone. I was told by the stewardess on the return flight that it would be dealt with by customer services. When I contacted them by telephone as advised to do I was then told to contact by email. They replied that they would contact me within 28 days but they did not. I tried online chat twice but after a long wait each time was cut off . E-mailed again and have been advised to fill in online claim form which I have already done twice. Best advice is DON'T BUY, if it goes wrong it's not worth the hassle.
