A really good experience, much better than I had expected. Clean, comfortable seats and enough leg room. The cabin crew were fantastic when my friend had an accident with a hot cup of tea and looked after her really well.

Southend Airport is a dream to fly from, so organised and small. Easily accessed and although disabled services require a review. There was no supply of wheelchairs at the taxi drop off or a phone to call through for assistance. Once we had got Mum to the building we were pleasantly dealt with. Eventually our time cam to board and the representative at the gate asked Mum (in wheelchair) in quite a terse manner “what is you can’t do” which is a totally inappropriate question. He should have asked what assistance do you require, or can you climb steps or deal with a ramp. Do you need a lift to get you up to the aircraft. Such a shame as other than that everything was acceptable.

We normally don't mind EasyJet but this flight was so uncomfortable. It was 40 minutes delayed to start off, left Malta way after 11pm, then they changed our plane to the bigger A321 so we all had different seat allocations. The air steward on board was so aggressive and rude. The seats are so close together and the back of the seat in front is so badly shaped that I just could not find a comfortable spot to put my knees. My husband and a couple of taller guys did ask the steward if they could move to one of the 6 empty seats at the emergency exits but he, very rudely, said that they were upgradable seats and passengers could only sit there if we paid extra and he promptly put all the tray tables up so nobody could use the seats. We flew the entire journey with those seats empty while several disgruntled customers were most uncomfortable in their cramped seats. Not great customer service especially as it was so late at night and passengers had already been inconvenienced...a little consideration would have gone a long way..

Quite comfortable seats, feel far more spacious than they are. The crew was nice, not so keen on food option though and a little pricey. The flight ran on time which was the most important when you go on a mini break.

Impersonal Service on board. Also people paid extra for early boarding- great they got to the bus first I was last but was first on the plane and paid nothing extra! Had to pay additional charges for weight yet on a connecting flight on another economy airline, did not have to pay any additional charges.
