We booked seats at the front to benefit from the extra leg room, which was fine. Having booked seats 1a&b, seat !a was right next to the exit door & for the duration of the flight there was a cold down draught coming from a gap, where the door hinges. Whether this was to do with the air conditioning I do not know. This is the second time a similar discomfort has occurred, so you might want to avoid that seat on a plane?
You finish up with very cold feet

As always they were bang on time for take of and we arrived 10 mins early! In flight service was excellent, but obviously for a11/2 flight it was just snacks, but snacks with a smile and helping hand. I fly with easyJet between 5 - 10 times a yeast, I can’t rate them highly enough.

Flight was good and on time both ways. Seats a little cramped, but we know what to expect. For the money you pay, it is good value. The only issue I have, every time we fly with EasyJet, is the treatment you receive from the staff in the overseas airports; always insisting on taking your bags away, despite checking in and being at the airport early and at the front of the queue. Very annoying and no need.

The service on Easy Jet is consistently good. I fly them regularly as it is a cost effective way to explore Europe. The flights are usually full and a mix of business and holiday traveler. They do a nice job of pre boarding the speedy boarding members, which is helpful. You have to pay for extras, seat, bags, etc. Typical. The food choices on the flight are good.

Use EasyJet whenever we can, it's a no frills not spills airline, as long as you play by the rules there's never an issue. However my husband and I both decided to check in our cabin bag at Gatwick which was a self check in service but when we tried checking in our cabin bag at Lanzarote it was a nightmare and we were charged for the privilege. The only reason we checked in our cabin bag was because we had liquids over 100ml in them.
