The customer service is terrible. In you are outside the UK you cannot call them during the weekend, the online chat is a mess. One agent says one thing and the other another. They emailed me yesterday that there will be a storm and it might affect my flight. On the chat they said there was no such information. They have no consideration for people who have anxiety flying on such conditions. All they care about is money, they are a money grabbing company and don’t bother with their clients.
