I know that BA are not everyone favourite airlines but I cannot fault them. The aircraft was modern and comfortable. The staff were great. The flight was delayed but through no fault of BA.

The flight back was also delayed this was due to the aircraft having to divert away Iranian airspace following their shooting of a civilian aircraft.

BA had already arranged for a flight to replace our missed flight connection from Heathrow to Manchester.

BA are so unhelpful. Their customer care is a disgrace. Had a problem supporting a hidden disability and extremely nervous passenger. Asked Accessibility Team for help. Total farce. Attempted to telephone them, attitude range of "not bothered" to being cut off twice! Made a complaint. Auto email received.Told to follow link which did not work. One member of their team contradicted info given by another BA person. Basically BA offered no solution at all and it was down to us as passengers to resolve. BA really need to clean up their act.

I Fly a lot and I feel BA is missing a trick. Leg room is poor. Everything else is good seats are comfortable but short of leg space. Plus I worry about all the large bags in over head rather than checked..

friendly staff at airport + on the plane . plenty of car parking space in nearby car parks , food + drink available at airport + on plane + also in flight entertainment on board.

Have been flying BA on and off since it was BOAC and there were propellers on each engine!. We decided to fly BA on this trip for simple economics as the Business Class fare offered was significantly less than what Emirates (who we have previously flown) were charging. Overall we were not disappointed with the experience provided by the cabin staff who were very attentive and responded well to requests. The lay-flat seats and quilts were quite comfortable for sleeping on which is important given that much of the flight is during hours normally dedicated to sleep. The rearward facing centre seats may seem strange to some travelers but personally does not concern me. However, this seat configuration on the B777 means you have to be reasonably athletic to step over the legs of the passenger in the row behind (who is facing forwards). to get out of your seat. I have often wondered why BA adopted this layout which, from reading previous posts, obviouly annoys many passengers. Please BA can to replace the B777 on the Sydney /London run with and Airbus A380 or a B787
