There is some date of birth mistake(month & year same only date is different) in my child visa, so they straight forward denied boarding, they said you have to apply new visa and i applied but my visa not came on time so i change date of birth in my daughter's visa and showed him then they gave me boarding pass, at immigration i showed my daughter's actual visa and i asked this thing to immigration but they said your child is infant so it doesn't matter
Also it is full service Airline but leg space is very narrow
The 16.50 flight from Tbilisi to Baku was delayed (officially 5 hrs 20 minutes but really it was more than 6 hours) on 18th July and no information was available. I was running from airport’s information kiosk to Azerbaijan Airlines kiosk to try and get at least some basic information. Zero announcements and I nearly got a heart attack when the info board showed ‘boarding’ at around 16.15! There was another flight that was supposed to leave at 22:00 ( which was the same time 16:50 flight was supposed to depart). I think since they didn’t want two flights to show as delayed, they boarded the actual 22:00 flight first and came to the gate for our flight’s boarding only after that. All the while, there was no announcement at all, and the info board was showing ‘boarding’ for our flight. Not a word of apology. Heck, they didn’t even acknowledge that there was a delay during take off. The crowd was unruly, no queue.. well, you get the idea. I have another flight in a couple of days with the same airlines and I don’t know what horrors await ;(. I’ll avoid it as much as possible in future. No value for money.
Awful service from start to end. Ended up paying double the amount for flights as the customer service team gave me all the wrong information. Had all the communication with customer service team on WhatsApp but still ended up paying extra £700 upon checkin. Airport staff could not help at all as flight was full
On my flight on the 2.July from Vienna to Mumbai via Baku my luggage didn’t arrive and is still lost now for 8 days.
The only answer I got from the costumer service after multiple tries was, I may stop contacting them, cause the can’t do anything for you!
So I lost my whole luggage including gear and medicine for a 2 months trip. Nobody seems to feel responsible. Worst travel situation ever! I won’t fly with this airline again!
