I was trapped by Delta, who I was loyal too, for almost a week in DC, Dulles. They gave us coupons to call a number with a 5 hour hold time. But my wallet was stolen in DC, making hotel stays very difficult. I finally got to Atlanta heading to Florida, and was trapped for 2 more days. Desperately I looked for a Delta employee to help, with no luck, but found an American desk clerk and begged for help. She was kind and got me home immediately, after over a week of Delta jerking me around. I am now loyal to AA. I’m not worried about luxury in domestic flights, I want customer service and AA gave me the best customer service from any airline I’ve ever felt. I understand experiences are situational, but based on my experience with AA, I am loyal until they prove me wrong. Great job AA!
