The whole process was a breeze. Checking in, boarding and in flight was a pleasure. Would fly American anytime

The smaller subsidiary American Eagle but that in no way diminished what was a pleasant experience. No frills flight but service was good but food basic. Cabin crew was helpful & friendly but the check in & coach trip to the regional departure lounge is a bit of a pain especially if you have substantial luggage.

Found the staff welcoming and humorous. The seats were comfortable and felt like I had enough room. Even got a snack!

Flights mostly went off on time. One leg of our trip was a half hour late taking off, but inclement weather may have been a factor. Otherwise, flights were uneventful. A couple of flights had dogs, but thank goodness no one ever knew they were on the plan.

A few minutes late taking off due to Philadelphia air traffic. But taxied out after a few minutes and took off. Kept informed throughout the flight of weather,possible turbulance and conditions of our destination. In flight movie snacks and soda. Good staff. Would definately fly AA again.
