I continue to hate American. Flew home from London to JFK and somehow our luggage didn't make it on the plane. We decided to stay at JFK and wait for the next flight from London which was due to arrive in an hour and see if our luggage was on that flight. That flight arrived and again our luggage was not on board. We went to the American luggage area to put in a claim and they set one up for us but told us that the luggage tags we had were not assigned to any suitcases! How is that possible when we received the tags from them upon checking in at Heathrow. It's been a week and we've been calling every day and no one knows where the luggage is - American is blaming Heathrow, Heathrow is blaming American and the luggage tags can't be associated with any suitcases because nothing is coming up when they enter the numbers so no one can tell us where our luggage is!!!
