My flight from Sydney to Beijing was fantastic. But the following flights from Beijing to Seoul and Tokyo to Sydney (via Beijing) was so awful! Especially the flight from Beijing to Sydney where there was no food until about 2hrs before our flight landed (it was an 10hr 50min flight...). The air hostesses actually switched my TV off while I was watching it - no one else’s which was a bit wtf... The toilets were covered with piss everywhere, they ran out of meals and overall it was a worse airline ever!

The stewardess is very friendly and beautiful and very concern for passengers. The food is acceptable and the flight departed and arrive on time punctuality.

Absolutely the worst airline!!! They changed our flight from SFO to Phuket. We were suppose to have a connecting flight in Beijing and they moved that flight up causing us to miss our connecting flight. After calling and calling we were on the phone for over an hour with a female named Megan who could not do anything for us. She could not get us on another flight, she could not refund me, she could not do anything! Her advice was to cancel our trip!!! My fiance and I missed our entire wedding because they changed their flight! We could not even speak to a manager because no one else spoke any english. We lost out on all these expenses and missed one of the most important days of my life.I would NEVER recommend them or fly with them. The worst customer service!!!!!

There were 2 aisles and one side was three seats, an aisle, then four seats, an aisle, and three more seats. Seats were adequate and reclined a bit. Each passenger had a TV screen and a huge selection of movies, music, TV shows, games and more. Staff was very attentive and food, drinks and snacks were readily available. Food was Chinese and portions were good. The major issue was the flight was 14 hours.

Never again i rather to pay extra ticket fares to select another airlines competitor versus air China , the worst bad service , dirty inside around the plane , bathroom never clean with a long haul flight, flight attendant ‍✈️ just don’t care ‍♀️ to the passengers especially when you ask something to drink the behavior and attitude are not acceptable. Take a look a picture how this airlines are the dirtiest compare to other Asian airlines. This airlines is not dependable know as cancelled and delay flights only period plain and simple.

Food : too dried , bread like a stone, food served like a prison food. Yuck

NEVER AGAIN.
