Oh lord! I’ve been waiting to write this one. First of all the website was down and I was unable to check in. Once I arrived to JFK the line to checkin was about 1 1/2hr. Expected since the website was down but this cause a delay in our flight, a 2 hour delay. Once we arrived to China are connecting flight to Bangkok ON THE SAME AIRLINE left us and not only us but about 30 plus passengers. They were so ineficiente after a 13 1/2hr flight. They did put us in a hotel, a roach infested hotel! they gave us no info. We were all lost and none of us spoke Chinese so this make it even worse, It was horrible. They over booked the morning flight and made us wait until late in the afternoon to rebook us. Due to this we had a guided tour which me missed in Bangkok, my airport pick up did not reschedule us due to the flight delay (check my other review on that company). The trip was so bad, the inefficiency of the airline left a lot to be desired. NOT ONLY WAS the flight going bad are return flight was just as bad. In Bangkok they made us take a bus to the plane under the poring rain, once we arrive to China we had to make a run (AND I MEAN A RUN) for the plane due to yet another delay we had six ppl running but since we did not want to stay in China we left the others behind we told the attendants at the gate you have three people still running they didn’t care they closed the gate after my family went through. Once we arrrived to JFK they left are suitcases in China! When I tell you I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS AIRLINE I WOULDNT RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORST ENEMY....HORRIBLE! Horrible! Horrible! very old plane as well.
