I lost my luggage. Still after one month I sent email after email no response. Not even one reply. There is no personal you can contact by phone. In my experience this is the worst airline I ever flew

Delayed and cancelled flights and a slap in the face in the form of a 13 euro voucher for cancelling our flight, worst airline I’ve ever used. Period.

This is the worst air travel I have, the organization of the flight couldn't be worst.
This flight has a delay of 3 hours, during the embarkement the passagers have to wait on the windy tarmak, without any explanation, for almonst 45 minutes.
I never travel in this airline again!!!!

A real mixed bag with customer service that soured my experience. On the ground in Edinburgh, understaffed check in desk, flustered but pleasant staff. Plane delayed so it was unbelievably stressful going through US pre-clearance. I literally had to sprint to catch my flight in Dublin - no help/assistance offered there. Overall on flight to SFO, on board staff were pleasant but unfortunately I witnessed one flight attendant being downright rude. On return fight it was a totally different experience, staff could not do enough for everyone. Ground staff in Dublin not so charming. Overall, I think I'll give Aer Lingus a miss next time.

I want to give bad review about air lingus
Today was panic day and worse experience ever I had they make us late to chak in and say you have time then they chak in after they issue boarding pass I was at gate 25 min early still they didn't take us and forced me to pay £120 and make me run 3 time from service desk to gate 😢 was really tariffc experience then they took my cabin bag and say it will come direct to newark at last minute I didn't had time but worse thing that everyone bag came not only mine and there was all expensive gifts for my family.This is all because of careless stuff and management
