A real mixed bag with customer service that soured my experience. On the ground in Edinburgh, understaffed check in desk, flustered but pleasant staff. Plane delayed so it was unbelievably stressful going through US pre-clearance. I literally had to sprint to catch my flight in Dublin - no help/assistance offered there. Overall on flight to SFO, on board staff were pleasant but unfortunately I witnessed one flight attendant being downright rude. On return fight it was a totally different experience, staff could not do enough for everyone. Ground staff in Dublin not so charming. Overall, I think I'll give Aer Lingus a miss next time.
