Had a connection flight from Bucharest to Thessaloniki, via Athens. The first flight was perfect, no delays, everything went smooth: from online check in 48 h prior to flight, baggage drop off, flight, landing and take off. Food was OK - basic, but it was a short flight - a sandwich, candy, something sweet, refreshments. The flight back was terrible. Started with a 40 min delay, but maybe pouring rain was at fault. Then all flight attendants were grumpy and not polite at all, worse service than in most low cost flights. Then we only got a pastry for dinner (the connecting flight passengers were at the airport from 13:00 to 20:00 landing time, so just a pastry was not enough fro dinner; thank God I bought a sandwich). On the good side they had beer and wine, not just refreshments. Then, when landing, an elderly lady got sick (I think she had a stroke or a heart attack) and the flight attendants did NOT let the doctors on board assist her at all (half the plane were doctors coming back from a congress), did not seem to care she was very sick and did not call for an ambulance at landing. Even more, she was left to be assisted in getting of the plane the last, after everybody else got out. And she was still very sick. No ambulance waiting at the airport. I was already half my way home when I saw an ambulance rushing to the airport.
