A mid comfort flight for Business, nice food and helpful on board staff (not at the Airport though) I would travel again, the plane was rattling a bit which was slightly uncomfortable to the journey, but on the whole I would use this airline again for the cost saving.

Flew with two children under 6 years old, with no problem. Typical Aegean quality of service, right on time arrivals.

Where do I start??. For starters,Santorini is considered the worst airport in the world. Aegean may be the worst airline. We arrived at the airport to a line of around 200 people waiting at the curb for check in. No signs or guidance. After a long wait, we finally made it to the counter to check our bags, only to find that we had to go back outside in the 100+ degree heat and wait to enter security screening. It was a madhouse. Total confusion. This is an airport that was designed for 10 flights per day and they do 50. So once in the terminal with 400 other people in space for 100, the real chaos began. One flight was canceled, but those passengers were not notified, so they anxiously paced around the departure lounge waiting for their flight to board. Three other flights were delayed, including ours, but there was no notification or info of any kind. When it was finally time for our flight to board, Aegean put the flight after ours on the overhead sign, leading those passengers to think it was their turn. With those people from the wrong flight pressing to the gate, our passengers could not get to the boarding door. Even when the gate agents were aware of the error, no effort to correct the boarding information signs was made. We ultimately got out of there, but not without a 2 1/2 hour delay that caused us to miss our connecting flight in Athens. They rebooked us on a later flight on another carrier and instructed us to collect our bags in Athens and transfer them to the other carrier. Naturally, we arrived in Athens had had no luggage. We then waited 2 1/2 hours in the lost baggage line (only three people in front of us) only to hear that Aegean does not use the tracking bar codes on the luggage tags because they have no system for tracking and thus had no idea where our luggage was. So we were told to file a claim when we arrived at our destination in Croatia. The only positive thing was that they did rebook us on a later flight. We were never provided with an update on the location of our bags or expected time of delivery. They miraculously turned up at the hotel after we gave in and went out to purchase new cloths in Dubrovnik. Aegean offered us two flight vouchers for all the trouble. We will never use them, nor fly this train wreck and poor excuse for an airline. Any body want them?

Gold class member with Aegean. Travelled with Lufthansa ATH-MUC business class, yet Aegean refuse to credit the miles. They did credit the miles for the return leg on an ECONOMY ticket! Totally ridiculous.

We were actually booked with Olympic Air but the flight was handled by Aegean. They are a very efficient outfit and it was a comfortable flight. Good value for money.
