Actual flight was good , however getting though to the departure area is a disaster as always . Having flown 4 times in 2018 3 to Spain 1 to Rhodes from Norwich to have only I scanner working when there is 2 is a complete farce and this has happened on every occasion I’ve used that airport. The £10 develope fund which you pay is a complete farce .it was there when I was 18 and 46 years later it’s still there and there is alway only 1 scanner working there were flights to Aberdeen, Manchester,Amsterdam,and mine to Spain and 1 scanner open .Pathetic !!!

The automated checkin terminals have been removed so forced to queue to check in... Then made to put my case in the metal frame... It fitted but tight as had my laptop in.. the lady said it had to go right to the bottom... Considering you're allowed a separate laptop bag.. I had to remove my laptop to prove it would fit to the bottom.
Her attitude was vile.. When it fitted she gave me loads of abuse saying how the airline is getting strict on luggage etc etc....
I'm travelling on business in and out of Belfast all the time and could really do without this kind of hassle and rudeness... Really unnecessary.
When I was boarding the aircraft several passengers were complaining about how they'd also been treated... I will definitely be boycotting flybe for future business trips... Dreadful to be treated like this as a regular customer

Reasonably priced flight which went out on time. It was my first time flying with Flybe and I could not find any fault. Crew were friendly, fllght was on time, no quibbles with luggage and overall it was a good experience and I would have no hesitation flying with them again.

Luckily this was a short flight but it turned out to be a very small airplane so the average size hand luggage would not fit in the overhead lockers so you have to put in hold. The check in staff kept a straight face the whole time and weren't very friendly. My travel agent booked this flight but I would prefer to use another airline next time

Very friendly , but unfortunately lots of delay . But the crew is very professional and nice , just the best and quick way to get to Gatwick in 40 minutes
