Worst air company. Small and trash. We booked flight through its website and we didn't receive any email confirmation or ticket information. When we get to the airport for check in, the agent told us the check in process was already closed because we should check in 1 hour before our plane leave. But we didn't even know this policy. The company didn't give any notice in advance. Besides, no refund and cannot change another flight. Smallest and Worst. When we book the ticket at another company, Cape Air, we had everything. Confirmation, notice and we can cancel the flight. Compared to Cape, VAL is nothing but trash.
