Olympic, flying the final leg of a Frankfurt to Heraklion trip, showed us what perfect caring service is all about. I cannot say enough about the air or ground crews of this airline. They are the perfect partners of Aegean, the best European airline.

Excellent service from check in desk to boarding the aircraft. Due to a mobility problem, I had to ask for wheelchair. It was there at checkin, and took me all the way to the airplane door using a special mobile lift. The flight was about 25 minutes. Very friendly stewardess made our short flight very pleasant. Olympic used to be an icon in the 60s as a very glamourus airline. Those days have long gone and now they are small outfit and a part of Agean Airlines. Everything from boarding the plane to the uniforms of the stewardesses are still glamourus. They are a lovely little airline, in my experience never received bad service nor was ever delayed more than half an hour. In comparison with their competitiors on these island routes, they are definetely the best and my 1st choice and will always be.

Booked with tui but was told that we could fly with olympus.delay for a hour.said had to be cleaned but when we got on the plane it was disgraceful.it hadn't been cleaned.harm rests broken.trays dirty and broken.only one air hostess from tui on board who was brilliant but when I man was having a suspected heart attack she wasn't allowed to help as it wasn't her plane or staff.olympus staff did not have a clue what to do.i will make sure I don't fly with these again.holiday was amazing thou

Flight was delayed due to air traffic , but had a very quick turn around. Plane was very clean , comftible seats , more rooms then any other plane
