The airline is a desaster. Our flight were cancelled and another one changed times several times. We also havent got our refund yet. Hopefully there will be a ferry soon. Never again!

What was supposed to be a quick flight became a 12-hour flight
Got to the airport at 1730 and did not leave till 2150. This airline ruined my husband 39 birthday celebration. Worst than spirit airline
Don't fly to Lanai using this airline; grab a flight to Maui and take the ferry. Never again

The customer service for this airline is atrocious - bad enough that I simply can't recommend this airline to anyone, even if it is a little bit cheaper. I understand that customer service agents are limited in what they're able to do, but attitude is a big thing, and it's horrible with these folks. Take Hawaiian Airlines instead.

The ground crew's service is very rude and even racist. Even my carry-on luggage is charged. I regret that we booked their tickets, but I will never choose this airline again.

flight was cancelled after we were at airport. Employees were rude and refused to provide a reason saying use app to find out. spent 12 hours at airport trying to find an alternative. NO reason, no excuse, just notification the airline was no longer flying to lanai. Terrible service or more accurate - no service, no explanation. Use another airline.
