If you are the owner/manager/employee of this hotel and you disagree with a review posted about your hotel or you believe a review is fake, you absolutely DO deserve rights to query a review posted about your hotel.
Owners/managers DO have the right to respond to guest reviews.
However, the appropriate way to do this is to contact TA or I believe that owners/managers can respond to a review of their business.
I've seen it before, sometimes it's a 'Thank you for your kind comments' or maybe just a disagreement of what the reviewer said.
Posting on this forum is not the right way to get a disputed review changed or removed.
You do not have the right to ask a guest or fake guest for proof of check-out details or receipt to back up a review on this forum.
It's the wrong place.
