Dear Mr. Logu P

If you stayed with R K Residency and had a bad Experience means could your please publish your check out bill or Receipt in TA. WIth out having a proper proof dont spoil the name of the hotel, since the hotel stay is very good and am now enjoying the facility right away, if your experience is bad means share your stay details.

If you have an issue with a review of a hotel you need to get in touch with TA, not post about it on the forum.

Just because you don't agree with a review posted by another TA member doesn't mean that the reviewer is not being honest about his stay and it doesn't mean that the review is 'FAKE'.

I've seen enough reviews where the marking varies from 5 = excellent to 1 = terrible to know that people's opinions can vary massively.

Any reviewer does not have to provide proof of check-out details or receipt to back up his review.

Review is to bring out the real scenario of the hotel to help other travellers, We are sure Guest name not found in our records. 100% Fake review, as a hotelier we deserves rights to ask for proof because the review might spoil our online business, Think from our side and advice us about this kind of fake persons review...

If you are the owner/manager/employee of this hotel and you disagree with a review posted about your hotel or you believe a review is fake, you absolutely DO deserve rights to query a review posted about your hotel.

Owners/managers DO have the right to respond to guest reviews.

However, the appropriate way to do this is to contact TA or I believe that owners/managers can respond to a review of their business.

I've seen it before, sometimes it's a 'Thank you for your kind comments' or maybe just a disagreement of what the reviewer said.

Posting on this forum is not the right way to get a disputed review changed or removed.

You do not have the right to ask a guest or fake guest for proof of check-out details or receipt to back up a review on this forum.

It's the wrong place.

The guest must have checked in with his/her real name but at TripAdvisor people keep different screen names.... so naturally you won't find guest name in your records.
