Need latest information on Row & Motorised Boats availability timings and also best time to use the boat services in the month of May.

If you do not get any answers from recent travelers get in touch with Tamilnadu Tourism Development Corporation (TTDC)
As far as I know the boating timings are 9am to 4pm. May will be hot, so see if you can go in the morning or around 3pm.
