Family holiday

We've been to Croatia a few times with and without kids. Our personal favourite places are Bol on Brac and Cavtat near Dubrovnik.

I'm wondering if Primošten has a similar vibe to those places ?

I'm keen to go to Sibenk and Zadar but I don't really want to stay in a city.

Primosten is one of my favourite small towns on the coast. I am sure that you would love it.

You mention Zadar and Sibenik, but seem to be prefer smaller places. Look at Biograd na moru. It is between Sibenik and Zadar. It is also the most family friendly places on the Coast IMO. It has everything you would want and is in perfect location if you are interested in visiting some stunning national parks, including Plitvice and Krka NP.

Sounds a winner.

Don't get me wrong I adore Split, but with young children Bol was perfect. Not many cars, quiet but not moribund and stunning.

I'd go again, but we like to see new places...

Primosten is much more attractive than Bol and Cavtat with several different beach options and lively in the season. I think you'd like it.
