I think MyTravel are owned by Thomas Cook. They have been around for many years and used to have their own planes.

I've used them several times. Sometimes holidays can be slightly cheaper through MyTravel than the same holiday on the Thomas Cook website.

As other people have already said my travel is now thomas cook as is direct holidays which are using the same hotels/flights as thomas cook but are usually cheaper plus you get extra baggage allowance

Mytravel (previously named airtours the tour op and going places the travel agent) merged with thomas cook in 2008. The airlines mytravel airways(previously airtours international) and thomas cook airlines merged so both companies now fly as Thomas Cook airlines. Mytravel still operates as a brand. Mytravel owns 48% thomas cook 52% of the merged company.
