Hi, it’s our first time to Cyprus in September as a couple. Which is the best area and hotel to stay in close by to the beach, don’t have a budget so any recommendations will do. Thank you
We stayed at capo nay the last time we was here. Right on fig tree bay.
Hi, sunrise peal or sunrise beach or vrissiana beach all very nice and great location you couldn't get more central and right on top of the beach, literally.
Septembers a great time. I've been on numerous occasions.
on the map where is the sunrise gardens placed?
Here is a google map link with many hotel / apartment accommodation
Sunrise Gardens is nearer to Fig Tree Bay beach.
There are many hotels to make a choice and really only you will know what type of hotel / accom you will need to stay in for your break. Large or small and star rating and budget will play a factor too. Then the facilities you would expect to have like gym or spa or just a basic room? Food board choices too. i would recommend you eat out and try the Cypriot local foods. I don't know which country you come from but there are a lovely selection of restuarants in Protaras.
In Protaras a large amount of the hotel are close to the wooden decking Broadwalk / beach front. The better rated hotels are situated in the popular named beaches, like Fig Tree bay or Konnos bay or Green Bay.
If you take a look at the top green tabs and click on Hotels you can make a search on the availability of your visiting chosen dates and also review other visitors reviews; which can give you a good idea what other think of the accommodation. Also hotel apartments if you are just wanting a different style of accommodation?
Once you have a couple of ideas you can always return to this forum for more discussions.
Thank you dawn for your informative reply.
I’ve been looking at Constantinos the great hotel, capo bay, the golden coast hotel, evelena & king Jason. We want a spa in the hotel preferably. Budget is not an issue as we want the best hotel to stay in. Also me & my partner only eat halal meat, so is there any halal establishments? Also how far is Ayia Napa from Cyprus and is it worth renting a car to explore as we’re only there for 4 days.Edited: 18 July 2018, 23:35
