Gluten-Free Food

In a couple of weeks we will be making our first trip to Rhodes (Pefkas). Our teenage son has Coeliac Disease and must eat gluten-free. We usually take some bread/breakfast cereals/pasta with us in luggage but wondered whether there is anywhere on the island to purchase gluten-free products in case we run out. Online searches have turned up a few hotels that will provide gluten-free but no shops that sell it. Any info that previous visitors with Coeliac may have would be very useful. Many thanks in advance.

Hi.

I also have an allergy to gluten. I bring a couple of loafs of bread with me (gluterfin). Dont look for it while here but have been told the large supermarket at the lindos/lardos road junction it's called flaveris sell it but never been to confirm so.
