VISA Room at any boarder station?

This time we'll arrive by ferry from HKG airport. Is there a VISA Room for Visa-on-arrival at the arriving ferry terminal where the passport control takes place?

Hello HonKiev

From the Macau Immigration Services Website (see link).

www.fsm.gov.mo/psp/eng/EDoN.html#EDoN_VII

Condition VI.5.i - states that Visitors who are not exempted from a visa and entry permit are required to: Apply for an "Entry Permit" (aka "Visa-upon-arrival") at any of the border checkpoints of the Immigration Department of the Public Security Police upon arrival at Macao [This would include the ferry terminals arrival points].

Condition VI.6.A - states - ......can apply for an "Entry Permit" (aka "Visa-upon-arrival") at the "Visa Room" of the border checkpoint when arriving at Macao. They will be granted "Authorization to Stay" for a maximum of 30 days once the application is approved.

Condition VI.6.A - states .... for a fee of MOP100 per individual.

Hope this is helpful.
