Can advice which travel agent provide the best 1 day Macau city tour?
Do you really need a tour? Macau is so small that one or two taxis and a bit of map-reading will cover most of it in a day. There are excellent free brochures and maps available at the Ferry Terminal and if you read the FAQs on the RHS of this forum you can choose what interests you most.
For starters you could take the free shuttle from the ferry to the Grand Lisboa or Grand Emperor; walk to Senate Square and up to the Ruins of St Pauls; have lunch somewhere in the historic precinct then bus or taxi to A-Ma Temple. Later in the day catch a free shuttle to the Venetian or City of Dreams to have a lots at a casino an dwhenit is time to leave take the casino's fre eshuttle back to the Pier.
Actually, I would still argue that its easier to travel on your own. Macau is very small and it is not difficult to travel around. Most attractions are in the area known as the Historic City Center which much is in a pedestrian area only, no cars allowed.
The Macau Tourism Board will even loan you head set/audio guide so you can do a self walk if you like. See links
Here are some source with popular attractions / activities, many are family friendly places to visit. With a five year old, I would definitely include the Giant Panda Pavilion during your trip. Cost is only MOP10 per person for an hour. You won't find a cheaper way to spend time with pandas! Would also recommend the Macau Science Center - A child's dream attraction. See links!

If you still feel you need someone to walk you around, then there are some registered tour providers listed on the Macau Tourism Board website. See link
Hope this is useful.
Brad thanks for the tips very helpful indeed.
In Macau you can walk to the nice places. No need tour guide. I think is best to see there with a travel book only. Macau toursit office have audio guide you can use. It is free. I think this is better than for paying tour guide for same thing.
The Macau Tourism Board does indeed provide free audio guide services, which you can use for up to three days before returning, with a MOP200 deposit.
Each of the major attractions included as part of the World Heritage Macau are included within the audio programme. You can pick them up, along with rather helpful maps of the Historic Centre of Macau at the Tourism Board office located on Senado Square directly across from the Holy House of Mary building.
