Nov end is good time to visit Sikkim.
Gangtok never experienced snowfall in last 20 yrs. Sometimes, Darjeeling had snowfall in between end December and mid Jan. There will not be any snowfall in Nov.

Tentative dates:27th Nov to 3rd Dec
Trip dates (not fixed yet) : Day 01: Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station - Kalimpong (About - 77 kms 3 hrs)
Arrival at Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station and transfer to Kalimpong.
Day 02: Kalimpong - Gangtok (About 80 Kms 3 Hrs)
Sightseeing : Mangal Dham, Deolo Hill, Dr. Graham’s Home, Durbin Dara Monastery & View point, Cactus / Orchid Nursery.
Day 03: Gangtok - Sightseeing (Approx – 52 kms)
Post breakfast embark on an excursion trip to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Harbhajan Singh Memorial (13200 ft).
Day 04: Gangtok - Sightseeing
Rumtek Monastery, Dro-Dul Chorten, Institute of Tibetology, Handicraft Centre, and Flower Show. .
Day 05: Gangtok - Darjeeling (Approx – 110 kms 4 hrs)
After breakfast take the transfer to Darjeeling
Day 06: Darjeeling - Sightseeing
Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee selfhelp Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view), and Japanese Peace Pagoda.
Day 07: Darjeeling - Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station (Approx - 80 kms 3 hrs)Departure
The itinerary is okay. Although toy train ride can be done from Darjeeling to Ghoom and back, ropeway ride can also be included. If you are interested in paragliding, it is available in Darjeeling and Gangtok (near Banjhakri).

You being travel expert about so many places .Just wanted to know your opinion about which would be the best place among Kashmir / Gangtok-Darjeeling.to visit in month of November...
i know both has their own beauty and importance...but any suggestion wt would b more exciting ?
As me and my husband are nature lovers, we want to experience snow at least once and see beautiful scenery around...
If u can put ur opinion it wud be helpful...
