Gluten Free Shopping and Dining on the Gulf Coast....

I'm interested in a vacation place somewhere between Clearwater and Naples, but I'd like a variety of gluten free food options. Does anyone know which beach towns are the safest for gluten free groceries and dining? If I can find the right place, I may decide to relocate! Thanks for any comments or suggestions.

Safest? Anything sold as gluten free will be, under law.

Publix sells some, in Whole foods you will find more. There are whole foods in sarasota and Tampa.

Sanibel Island has no chain restaurants, so every thing is made from scratch, therefore can be prepared gluten free. Bailey's Store on the island has many gluten free items. Here's a couple of sites:
