Fajardo Las Croabas area...restaurants, bars, beach nearby?

We are looking at an apartment to rent in the Las Croabas area of Fajardo which overlooks the Marina. Are there "walkable" dining options and bar/pub options in the area? We like all kinds of food, especially native. Is the beach area the same as the marina area or are there any options beyond Luquillo? Thank you.

You have Pasion por el Fogon, Di Yukas and Varadero. There is also a shack by the water where they sell fresh fish and the best filled arepas. Can't remember the name.

Closest are several sit down service to kioskos type PR restaurants/bars at the Bahia Las Croabas public park area. The Bahia beach is small but has a good view/cool breezes and you can board for the biobay there. Seven Seas is closeby and rated just slightly below Luquillo beach-see TA ratings. El Conquistador has several restaurants which were accessible before they closed the casino. Some Fajardo/Croabas sections are not" walkable" friendly due to few sidewalks/pathways, which might require that you walk in the road with fast traffic during "rush" times.

There is also La Estacion Restaurant and Seven Seas Beach which is a public beach (seldom crowded on a weekday in the winter months) are nearby. Seven Seas Beach bay is beautiful and the wate is crystal clear.
