Wheelchair accessibility in Black hills

We'll be spending 2 1/2 days in the Black Hills, staying in Hill City. I've read a lot about the scenic drives and about the accessibility of the Mount Rushmore Memorial. But I'd like some responses from people who have had either positive or negative experiences in the Black Hills with handicapped accessibility. I 'llhave both my motorized scooter and my manual wheelchair that my husband can push me in.

Thanks for your help.
