Does anyone know if we will need a visa for turkey after the end of June as turkish nationals will be allowed to to travel to all other e u member states without one

The possible removal of visas for Turkish nationals will only apply to Schengen countries and not the UK. Unless you have seen something that I haven't.

In my opinion, it is unlikely to happen in the near future as there are too many hurdles being put in the way.

However, it would be wise not to buy it too far in advance just in case the situation changes.

That is correct - the proposed agreement would only applies to the Schengen countries, which does not include the UK. Apply for your visa online as normal - only use the official website, www.evisa.gov.tr

That's what I thought but there are seven countries that have given up there schengen rights by closing thier borders it becomes law in April
