Your question was how many cigs "to bring back to the UK" - that is 200.

As it happens, the Duty Free allowance into Turkey is also 200 cigs. BUT you can also buy a further 200 at the Duty Free shop in Arrivals at Dalaman airport.

Mind you, cigs are cheap enough in Turkey anyway - I recall from when I smoked that Marlboro red worked out a bit cheaper in Turkey than they did in the UK Duty Free. So maybe don't stress yourself - just buy the 200 Duty Free and then buy local. And don't be put off by too much talk about the "cigs are fake" - I have bought many a branded packet in Turkey - from supermarkets and grocers stores mind you - not some bloke with a cheap deal under the counter - and they were fine.
