Your best bet is to try the little Turkish pide places such as Kayra, Kardelen, Nefis or Nazar - most of them have the proper wood-fired ovens. If you've never tried pide or lahmacun, which are like a Turkish version of pizza, give them a go. Some of those mentioned also have "normal" pizza on the menu as well as the Turkish specialities.
