We were planning to do a pregnancy photo shoot at a place with some fall foliage. Is there any place nearby Seattle which would be appropriate for this?
Thank you and appreciate your responses.
Kubota Garden is a 20-acre Japanese garden in the Rainier Beach neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. A public park since 1987, it was started in 1927 by Fujitaro Kubota, a Japanese emigrant. It's a very photogenic place.
Also the Japanese Garden in the Madison park district would be perfect. Great time right now.
Thank you for the replies. We are planning to visit Kubota gardens and also the North Cascades National Park, per that other post.
About the North Cascades National Park, are there any specific places around NCNP that are recommended?
North Cascades National Park will easily be a day trip. There's a visitor center on the south side of HWY20 right before you hit Newhalem, they will be able to recommend best spots to you. If you can afford some hiking, there will definitely be many options. But even if not, there will be great viewpoints along 20 with views of Lake Diablo and Ross Lake as well as relatively easy walks. Lake Diablo is accessible by car, and usually twice a day there's a boat that can take you across the lake.
The UW Arboretum usually has amazing fall color!
Were you just at the Arboretum for your shoot??? I was just there last weekend and saw a couple who looked like they were doing a pregnancy shoot. It was not far from the visitor center ... Woodland Gardens area as I recall. I really enjoyed the Fall color at the arboretum last weekend. But it is waning fast.
Just what is a pregnancy shoot?
Pregnancy photo shoot (see the original post). Formal photos taken to celebrate pregnancy ... just like engagement or wedding etc.Edited: 01 November 2018, 20:23
