Kampot & Kep affected by flood?

Are Kampot and Kep affected by the current flood? Planning to travel in early Nov via thailand.

BTW, can drive up to Bokor Hill station?

No, they haven't been affected this year. You will have no worries in November.

Bokor was open during Pchum Ben to the public but l think it is back to having to join a tour group. I went up in Sept, a bit if a sad place really.

We shall be travelling from Phnom Penh to Les Manguiers on November 11th and then on to Jasmine Valley near Kep (3 days later.)

Are there any problems with flooding or mud slides on the roads?

You will be fine, there is no flooding on the road from PP to Kampot or Kep, paddy fields are full though! These two raods are very good roads now, so landslides along these roads.

You will enjoy both of those places!
