Little White Churches in Asheville

I'm planning on visiting Asheville for the first time this July with my boyfriend. I would love to visit a little white church or two in the area with a scenic view. Any suggestions?

I can't think of any specifically but I just saw this posted in this forum:

"We like driving highway 209 from I-40 to Hot Springs. It is a beautiful mountain road. Lots of old barns and tobacco farms. Old white churches adorn the area. A mountain trout stream much of the route. Great mountain vistas along this route. It is also the way to get to Max Patch."
