I am planning to visit Elkhart lake, Wisconsin these weekend to view fall colors.. Which can be best points to view fall colors? Is there any hiking trails around lake?

The Sheboygan Marsh is just outside Elkhart Lake. There is a tower you can climb to great views of the trees and marsh, travelwisconsin.com/science-and-nature-cente…

The Kettle Moraine State Forest is close and there are tons of hiking trails. http://dnr.wi.gov/topic/parks/name/kmn/

The Old Wade House historical site is in nearby Greenbush. http://wadehouse.wisconsinhistory.org/

Kettle Moraine Scenic drive is a well marked route that winds for miles thru the Kettle Moraine Forest. You will pass many lakes and all have hiking trails. dnr.wi.gov/topic/parks/kmscenicdrive.html

You do need to buy a state park sticker to park in any of the parks or trails.
