World Equestrian Games and lodging

Hey All,

I'm trying to see if it's worth while going there. I've been doing some price searches and it looks like everything is damn expensive because I'm booking so late.

A few questions.

How far is downtown lexington to the Kentucky Horse Park?

What is the average taxi rate from downtown to the park?

Any hotel recommendations where price is reasonable? max $150 a night..?

Thanks

Jason

Hmm, since you're in the Lexington, VIRGINIA forum rather than the Lexington, KENTUCKY forum, the drive is about 6 hours. :-)

I think you want to post your question in the Kentucky forum. Good luck -- I'm sure it will be a wonderful event!

Good eye, Wendy. At first, earlier, I thought...they changed the name of the Virginia Horse Center to the Kentucky Horse Park? Okay, fully awake now.
