seasons condominium for President's week, how is the snow

my family's first visit to Vermont. We are all excited, hope the snow is great. We are trying the seasons condo's. we hope they are good accommodations, since we don't know where to stay . It looked good. Do you thing we should buy lift tickets now or should we wait. What are the best deals. How are the restaurants in town? What else is there to do at night? Any ideas??

Have not stayed there but Season's looks fine. Snow will be cold (and hopefully plentiful). Not aware of any advantage to advance purchase of tickets (except maybe bypassing the ticket line). Are you only skiing Mt Snow? Restaurants are good. Not alot to do at night-- that's why you are going to Vt and not Manhatten. Here is the MS event calendar.

http://mountsnow.com/events/event-calendar/. Probably music in some of the bars/taverns. The event calendars online will have everything available as they need to advertise given the constant turnover of guests. You can find tubing, skating, etc. What are you looking to do?

Besides all the thimgs on the various websites what are you looking for? It is a small vt town with a mountain. You can find antique stores , crafts, art galleries, etc but don't have a clue what you want. Work with us a little. You should be excited about visiting. I have no particular restaurant insights but there are many reviews here which really is better than a single opinion.

Stayed at seasons over mlk weekend. "I" building was ski in ski out. Very convenient. Condos are nice but decor varies. These are owner units rented by mt snow. Unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils, has a full size fridge, stove, etc. Fireplace with a supply of wood is a plus. But wood is very wet so I'd recommend bringing a few duraflame logs to help get things going.

Food choices are good. TC's is a restaurant owned by Olympic gold medalist snowboarder Kelly Clark's parents. Her gold medal and other awards are on display. Food is very good. Also, Dots Too for breakfast. The Silo is another good spot for dinner. Never went to the Last Lift but heard the burgers were a good choice. Pizza in the mt snow base lodge is a good version of ny style ( but remember, you are in VT).

Mlk weekend snow was terrific. Thin crowds. Great skiing.
