bluebonnets between DFW & WF?

Hi all, is there any chance of seeing bluebonnets along the way between DFW to WF next week? I'm taking the

TX 114W to US-81N to US-81N/US-287N/282N route.

(I don't even know if bluebonnets GROW up there, but I figured I'd ask). thanks!

I'm sure you'll see them along the highway. They are beginning to pop up everywhere right now.

You could very well see bluebonnets and other wildflowers on the drive. The experts are saying this year won't be up to the norm as the rains were sparse over most of the state the past few months. But hopefully you'll see some along the way. Here's a link to check for current sightings before your trip http://www.wildflowerhaven.com/default.aspx
