Hotel for Family of Six ?

We are driving to Galveston for a cruise in May.

Most hotels want a two night stay . We are 2 adults with 4 kiddos. Any suggestons, we do need a hotel we can leave our car at . Other than that I guess we could be further away and take a taxi.

Don't wanna break the bank, I already have : )

Thanks for your help!

Most Galveston hotels offer stay/cruise park programs. Have you tried the Country Inn & Suites and Comfort Suites?

If you come over a weekend, the rates will be much higher than a weekday.

If you stay en route, you can park your car at the port.

Happy Cruising!

I think I've found a couple on Travelocity and Cheap Tickets that will work. Or maybe I can take a sleeping bag for one . : )

Thanks for your ideas , but they don"t take 4 kids with.

Really??? The Comfort Suites should accomodate 6 people with 2 dbl/qn plus a sofa bed.

The Commodore has a large family room with 3 beds.
