Monday Night Football

Not looking for a party, but does Townsend have anyplace to catch the Monday night game over some grub and a couple beers. Doesn't look promising but thought I'd check. Thanks.

I doubt it but you may actually want to post this question in the Sevier County forum because the Townsend forum is not visited often.

Can't think of any bars in Townsend so MNF is a hens tooth there.

Probably have to drive over Wears Valley Rd to Pigeon Forge and hit Cheddar's, the Brewery, or one of the other bars to catch the game.

Townsend may be the quiet side of the Smokies, but that has its draw backs as well!!

Perhaps a another way of saying it is that this is one of the reasons that Townsend is valued as the "Peaceful Side of the Smokies"!

Give the Country Style Fish House a try. They are open til 10, you could catch the first half from the small bar . http://countrystylefishhouse.com/index.htm Monte Real (Mexican Food) is another but no bar area, you would be watching from a table, and just until the half.

Thanks. We are here for a motorcycle trip and like the peaceful side. Will be a cold day before I ever visit Sieverville, Pigeon Ford, Gatlinsburg ever again. Once was enough.

Grab some grub from any of the many restaurants found in the area and pick up a "6-pack" at one of the convenience stores, go to your cabin and watch MNF on E.S,P.N.
