Blue Lagoon or Lorhiti

Hi Everyone. We would appreciate some advice on whether to stay in Blue Lagoon apartments or Lorhiti. Which one would be more accessible to the snorkelling beach, the shop and restaurants. Thanks.

Six or one half dozen of the other.

There are 2 good snorkelling beaches (settlement and Neds) Lorhiti is closer to Neds, while Blue Lagoon is closer to settlement You walk up hill to the "shops" from Blue Lagoon and Down Hill from Lorhiti, although the shops are closer to Blue Lagoon there's really not a lot in the way of shops

All the restaurants have a drop back service

The shops, good restaurant and the post office are right next door to Blue Lagoon which is on the level part of Lord Howe and an easy bike ride to all the good swimming spots. There is a very steep hill to climb to Lorhiti.
