Trips from Grand Palladium Vallarta

Can anyone advise on trips available from the hotel? Do Thomson have many to offer or the hotel? Would be good to get recommendations before we travel for a middle age couple.

I haven't stayed at Palladium but have stayed at resorts to the north and south .

Be aware that many tour companies at the hotel and in Bucerias will send you to places that make them the most money. Often they will send you half an hour away to Nuevo Vallarta, then boat you back 90 minutes towards Palladium with 90 people then do the same on the way back when you could do a similar tour from Punta de Mita 10 minutes away and only a 20 minute boat ride with a few people or they will sent you way to the south of Puerto Vallarta for an 8 hour day with the crowds.

A place I have gone with 6 times is Vista Paraiso , 20 minutes away from Palladium. They have ATV's, RZRs, horseback riding , and by far the largest zip line area in all of Puerto Vallarta.

They make the zip lining at Los Veranos and Vallarta Outdoor Adventures look like child's play.

They will pick you up at the Palladium Lobby at 8:35 am, 11:35 am or 2:35 pm and return you to the Palladium Lobby. About a 3.5 hour day vs 7.5/8 hours with the others to the south.

Try the Sunday Market at La Cruz 15/20 minutes away by bus. It is free and well worth the trip for some souvenirs and gifts as well as food and drinks.

I love bus trips to Bucerias and Sayulita and things seem to have improved lately from earlier this year.

Enjoy your trips.
