Solo options

I will have a couple of afternoons free in Wilmington and would like to see options for dinner and perhaps some sight-seen, any recommendation for places that I shouldn’t miss?

I will be staying at the Hilton and will not have a car so it needs to be at walking distance. Also I would like to have a nice dinner (or lunches) during those days ($10-25 range), I saw the Little Dipper as something different but I wonder if it will be worth to go since I’m on my own (guess this place is designed for groups or at least more than 1 person)…any restaurants recommended for solo travelers that I can try? Thanks!

Circa 1922 is just S of the Hilton and a great restaurant. Dock Street Oyster Bar is a lot of fun. Seems like the best restaurants are S of the Hilton. Good luck.

Le Catalan is a fun place overlooking the river. Rivder Boat Landing is fun. Sit on a balcony on the second floor and take in the river. Good luck.

Pilot House is fun for lunch or dinner overlooking the river but it may be too far from the Hilton. Walk down and take a cab back. It's about 6 blocks I think.
