Has anybody visited Mauritius(Northern Part) in July?what kind of weather I can expect?
Although its winter temps are about 21/26C with a chance of sporadic showers. Sea temps lower but OK once in the sea. Evenings you may need a wrap or light woolie some days, but not always. Its more the east coast that has problems with winter weather as they get a lot of wind which can make it cooler. North is usually fine, as is the west. South a little breezy too.
Thank you for the info.
http://p.s.any chance to get some tan?:)
Yes, of course you will. I have been a few times in July and always get a tan! The sun shines, a few clouds somedays, and when it rains if at all, its only short sharp showers. In summer it rains much more and is very humid. May to September is roughly winter, and its my favourite time as its like a Europan summer!
You won't only get a tan but even get sun burn. The sun is quite strong in Mauritius and it is sometimes quite hot and dry in Winter.
Also in Port Louis(capital city), its never winter. Its always hot.
Thank you all for these info.
